This website is operated by Life Green Events. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Life Green Events. Life Green Events offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE COURSE/EVENTS BOOKING

All services purchased from Life Green Events must be preceded by a person answering questions about their readiness to exercise i.e. that they have no conditions that may affect their ability to exercise.

It is part of our professional duty of care to check this with new attendees prior to starting with us. Swimmers will also bring any required medication with them when swimming. That applies to runners as well when attending one of our running events. You will inform Life Green Events of any changes.

To register or purchase from the online booking system, you must be over 18 +. It is your responsibility to check that the details provided by you at the time of registration or at any time are correct and up to date.

Swimmers also agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Life Green Events and acknowledge that these rules and regulations may change from time to time. We will communicate with you any changes to these.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify our Service for you.

SECTION 5 - CANCELLATION

For our Swim Better Coaching & Teaching Sessions:

Please note that there will be no credits/transfers/refunds for our sessions if you have to miss a session you were booked in.

It is not possible to take any sessions left from a course or your stamp card into the next season or year. We do not refund any block bookings. In the unlikely event that we, Life Green Events, need to cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice, we will refund/credit you for the missed session. In the unlikely event we have to cancel the session due to thunder, lightning, or any other case of unpredicted events while the session is running we, unfortunately, can not offer you a refund.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our online booking system. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 6.1 - VOUCHERS

If you do receive a voucher through a competition or raffle it is only valid for the course/event it states on the voucher. The voucher is only valid for 12 months and must be redeemed within this time. It cant be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person. Not redeemed vouchers within a specific period will lose its validation. 

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.

(including after you have submitted your order).
